What Is Pilates
Pilates is a functional mind-body exercise practice designed to strengthen the core of the body so that the spine and limbs may move more freely and efficiently. The goal is a body which is as strong as it is flexible.
We offer group classes for up to five people on Balanced Body reformer with tower apparatus.
We have level 1, level 2, level 2 cardio (jumpboard) classes in addition to Privates (one-on-one) and duet classes. Our Wednesday level 2-3 class is limited to 3 people and is a circuit class using all apparatus. Our timetable is structured to suit a variety of schedules. To view our class schedule click here.
